Policies
PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. currency. We accept payment is U.S. currency only. Shipping and handling are not included.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you place your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation that your order was received. Most orders will be shipped the next business day. If there is a problem with your order, you will be notified within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped. We collect sales tax (7%) for the state of New Jersey only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are happy to ship internationally. After you place your order, we may request a second payment to cover the additional shipping costs, VAT and/or customs duties. All fees are to be pre-paid. These types of order may not ship the next business day, as they take longer to process and confirm. We reserve the right to reject any orders with or without explanation.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We may elect to ship by some other carrier. Most orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Some odd-shaped items may incur an additional shipping charge, which will be listed in the item description.

OUR RETURN POLICY: If you need to return the items you have ordered, we must be notified within 7 days of your receipt. Please contact us for return instructions by email (returns@bikestash.com). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which the return is authorized.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: If the returned items are in the exact condition (including packaging) that it was sent out as, we will not a charge restocking fees. If item(s) are not it the same condition as it was shipped (including packaging) we may charge up to a 25% restocking fee or not accept the item for return.

AVAILABILITY: All products are subject to availability. All prices appearing on our web site are subject to change without prior notice. BikeStash.com is not responsible for errors appearing on our web site. All orders are subject to acceptance by BikeStash.com. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (FedEx, Postal Service, etc.) to file the claim. KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This may void the claim and we might not be able to give you a refund.
