bicycle test reported, “SunTour was far and away the easiest to shift and the most certain of arriving at the right sprocket.” This quality held true for all of SunTour’s products. As a user on an online forum put it, “SunTour was not just OK; they far exceeded anything that Campy (Campagnolo) or Shimano had.”
The SunTour parts that we sell are all from the original SunTour company that was started in 1910. All of our SunTour products are New-Old Stock (NOS). That is, unless it is listed as “used”, they are all new products, never been installed on a bicycle. Most products are still in their original package or box.
Unfortunately, since the original SunTour company has been out of business for a while, it is difficult to get complete and detailed product information on all of the parts that we sell. We list all of the info that we have gathered within each product’s description.
